The Last Guardian
Don’t shoot us, but we weren’t fans of the E3 demonstration video last summer or impressed with anything shown for one of most anticipated titles over the last decade, The Last Guardian.
Being in development since 2007, SCE Japan and Fumito Ueda are finally ready to deploy the long-awaited PlayStation 4 exclusive later this year. Fans of the PS2 classics, Ico and Shadow of the Colossus, like us, have been patiently awaiting our next puzzle-platformer from the legendary Ueda. Unfortunately, we were left without new gameplay at Tokyo Game Show 2015 September.
However, PlayStation boss, Shuhei Yoshia went to clarify why the game is purposely being limited in public footage – citing the gameplay is all heavily story driven. While we have no questions about the titles background, gameplay is needed before the masses decide on making a purchase for this gem.
