While repairing the core gameplay engine of NBA 2K hasn’t been the primary focus this year (see last 2 years) from 2K Sports, they’ve announced another added component being a new Pro Stick control. The first reveal has been a newly added no-looking passing system that will have “deadly accuracy” using the new pro stick control.
We’re expecting more announcements this Tuesday at GamesCom for NBA 2K14’s new pro stick control including dribbling, ball control, dunking and updated shooting. While King James and the Black Mamba are shown above, we’re intrigued to test this out with the more skilled ballers in that department from the past, that perfected the no look pass like Magic Johnson, Jason Kidd and John Stockton.
Look for more hopeful good information next week, as the next installment of the 2K series will hit the hardwood on October 1st.
