Grand Theft Auto 6
Although open-world isn’t one of the main focal points in Destiny, when you think of the game genre, the first thing that comes to mind is Grand Theft Auto. Even with Rockstar Games planning to releasing the long-awaited HD adaption of GTA V to Xbox One and PlayStation 4 this November, the diehard audience that loves playing in Los Santos to Vice City and Liberty City are awaiting a true next-gen experience.
We’re not having doubts of how great Grand Theft Auto 6 will be when it returns to Liberty City at a future date, but there has to be a second look at the open world experience they provide like WATCH_DOGS and Destiny. Especially since the release of the co-op heists missions still haven’t arrived. An open-world MMO for single player would be one of the greatest ever in video gaming – that’s if Rockstar Games decides to use the success of Destiny as their blueprint.
