introducing Assassin’s Creed Syndicate!
With the exception of Halo: The Master Chief Collection, one of the biggest disappointments we had to endure last holiday was the release of Assassin’s Creed: Unity. Much like Microsoft’s Killer-App on Xbox One, Unity launched entirely broken, with online multiplayer seeing many glitches and unstable gameplay killing our enjoyment for the title – which unfortunately had us just ditch the game altogether.
Although the company set to make an imminent delaying announcement for The Division, Ubisoft has made the formal announcement of the series leaving behind Paris for London in Assassin’s Creed Syndicate. Set in 1868 during the heart of the industrial revolution, Jacob Frye is on a mission to fight off anyone that exploits the less privileged and will be joined by his sister, Evie Frye. Although Jacob serves as lead, we’re more intrigued for the long-awaited addition of female playable characters for the Revolution-era London title.
Before the open world game set to embark on PC, PlayStation 4 and Xbox One this October 23rd, get a glimpse into new gameplay additions from the Montreal studio in the world premiere reveal below.
