Before we see HALO on Xbox One (not to be confused with Halo 5), 343 Industries in conjunction with Vanguard Entertainment will be releasing their top-down third-person shooter video game, Halo: Spartan Assault this December. The game released on Windows 8 and Windows Phone over summer, but will be hitting Xbox 360 and Xbox One in December. The game is only single-player and features up to 2 players for co-op (sadly no multiplayer), as you can prepare for the flood in a few weeks on Xbox Live.
Halo: Spartan Assault for Xbox One and Xbox 360 will pit gamers in a galactic-scale war against a persistent and overwhelming enemy from long ago — the Flood. With over 30 stimulating missions at your fingertips, play longer than ever with the all-new online Co-op mode and the Operation Hydra expansion that delivered an action-packed addition to the single player campaign.
