September 15th = Tipoff Weekend!
Over the weekend, 2K Sports shared an intriguing piece of news, regarding the newest edition to their basketball series, All Time Teams. This means every franchise in the NBA will have a roster compiled of the best players from every era in the league’s history.
To ready fans for the feature, members of the Los Angeles Lakers and Miami Heat’s rosters were unveiled this week. The Lake Show’s roster consisted of: Magic Johnson, Kareem Abdul-Jabbar, Shaquille O’Neal, Wilt Chamberlain, Kobe Bryant, James Worthy and Pau Gasol. While the full roster wasn’t shared just yet, we noticed Jerry West and Gail Goodrich missing from the photo.
For the Miami Heat, they limited Dwayne Wade and Shaq as the only athletes shown; but we expect LeBron James, Chris Bosh and others to be revealed in the coming days. Take a look below and let us know in the comments which teams and prime players you’re looking forward to the most.
