Toronto catcher Russell Martin is featured on the Canadian version

It’s no secret that we’ve had a great admiration for MLB The Show over the years. Along with F.I.F.A. and Madden from Electronic Arts, The Show is by far the most complete sports experience we encounter every year. Unfortunately, Xbox gamers are without a baseball again; but multiplatform owners like ourselves get a next taste of the visual masterpiece on the diamond this March 31st. Unlike last year where the game was delayed well into May for its next-generation transition, we’ll report to field on opening day in a few weeks.

Sony San Diego had a worldwide gameplay reveal last week on Twitch and are set to formally reveal new additions to the slugger in the coming days days. Below, get a glimpse into how much of an improvement you can expect next month, in comparison to its predecessor from last year.
