With Nintendo still denying that Nintendo Wii-U production would end this year, they didn’t confirm whether the console would continue through 2017. However, today more evidence surfaces on the Japanese company’s worst kept secret ever, being their upcoming Nintendo NX console.
The new touchscreen device surfaced online earlier today, giving users a look at their new bottomless controller. The leaker revealed that the controller unit is for the console, clearing up entire portable-only questions; but said the it’s expected to change some in the coming months.
On the controller, the upper nubs of the analog sticks move, much like the circle pad on the new 3DS. If you also look at the top left edge, there’s a new roller on the peripheral, which the leaker also pointed out has a scroll wheel mouse feel to it. It also has a built-in 3.5mm headphone jack, which we’re hoping that can also be used communications. Let us know in the comments what you think.
