Halo 5: Guardians
Nearly three years has passed since the last Halo title. After Bungie departed from Microsoft to start their own franchise Destiny, 343 Industries took over the reins for development in the legendary first-person shooter. While the 2012 release of Halo 4 may have gone under the radar in the mainstream, due to extremely dated hardware, Microsoft will be treating gamers with a breath of fresh air this holiday for the official release of Halo 5: Guardians.
Originally premiered at the 2013 E3 showcasing, Guardians will coincide with the official spin-off TV series Steven Spielberg is currently production for Showtime Networks. With the company getting their feet wet for a weekly episodic content for Nightfall, we’re certain the roll-out for Halo 5 will not be a botch like the one we had to endure last fall for The Master Chief Collection a few months ago.
