Our Most Anticipated Video Games of 2015

Tom Clancy’s Rainbow Six Siege

One of the more difficult video game cancellations we’ve ever had to endure was Tom Clancy’s Rainbow 6: Patriots. Luckily Ubisoft had a plan-B, which may suit gamers better this year with the official release of Tom Clancy’s Rainbow Six Siege. We’ve gone nearly 7 years since the last Rainbow Six game was released, as PlayStation 3 and Xbox 360 hardware at the time was just getting properly used.

Now running on their in-house Anvil NeXT game engine in comparison to Epic’s Unreal Engine, this is one of the game’s we’ll be personally playing more than the others listed. The first-person and tactical-based shooter was a standout release last June at E3 and hasn’t showed signs of not being amazing since its introduction. The Hostage Release, Team Raven, Team Rogue are some of the standout gameplay modes we’ll be seeing, to compliment the huge emphasis on destructible environments. With Ubisoft Montreal shifting focus to online multiplayer for this release, they could potentially have a AAA-Title on their hands if properly rolled out.
