Stunning visuals and even better gameplay seen in the PlayStation 4 gameplay reveal for MLB: The Show 14.
Earlier today, IGN Live held a world premiere reveal for the PlayStation 4 version of MLB: The Show; featuring a rivalry game with Hunter Pence of the San Francisco Giants and Yasiel Puig from the Los Angeles Dodgers. Although we’re still a few weeks away from the PS4 version, the game is more than what we were expecting in comparison to the predecessor PlayStation 3 version, that received standard reviews like past. Along with an improved pitching engine and batting tools, we’re shown the new dynamic fielding; which is standing out to us most of all.
PlayStation Developer Diary series featuring “Dynamic Fielding Maker”, showcasing the new realism players will have when chasing down balls or even popups unlike the previous static landing indicator. While Baseball continues to be Better heading into the next generation, you can get a grasp of why MLB: The Show has been the highest rated sports game.
