Meet PlayStation VR!
Earlier this morning, Sony held their annual Tokyo Game Show to reveal price drops, new hardware colors and tons of games. Over the last three years, the company has been readying its virtual reality peripheral Morpheus, but now it’s officially received a new name.
Unfortunately, it’s a little underwhelming Sony has decided to go with PlayStation VR leading up to its retail rollout in 2016. While pricing and release dates weren’t announced for the Japan audience, a slew of games were shown, including some that we had never heard of.
During the presentation, it was also revealed that Square Enix’s upcoming Final Fantasy XIV Online title would also have a VR implement. Take a look at the trailer above, which reveals Tekken 7, The Playroom VR, Cyber Danganronpa, Summer Lesson, and Hatsune Miku in action.
