20 years and going, Sony is not removing themselves from the traditional dual shock look. While some may feel it’s time for a new cutting edge and updated look in the DUAL SHOCK, Sony keeps making drastic add-ons to their digital controller – without changing the size and feel for traditional players. Even with the newly added capacitive touch pad currently for PlayStation 4, it’s still not the largest installment for their controller series. Whether they decide to step out the box next decade for PlayStation 5 remains to be seen, but we’re certain Sony will stick to the format that’s kept them as the premier video game console worldwide.
