Although we won’t see Titanfall on the Xbox One this year, it’s arguably the biggest game we’ve came across thus far for the next generation. Those of you not in the known, the Microsoft exclusive title is being developed by the original team from Infinity Ward, who brought us the Call of Duty “Modern Warfare” titles in the past.
Now repackaged as Respawn entertainment, the team has partnered with Electronic Arts to develop another first person shooter, alongside Battlefield with hopes of dethroning Call of Duty for the top shooter. That’s obviously not going to happen out the gate next year, but Titanfall is a game the hardcore audience should be keeping a close eye on.
Over the weekend at the 2013 EB Games Expo in Australia, the folks at Respawn held a 20-minute presentation for their potential killer-app. After the jump, you can watch Abbie Heppe of Respawn presenting the Titanfall to the public for some new footage beginning at the 11-minute mark and also details on the innovative gameplay and concept art.
