Take-Two’s wrestling division Yukes, continues for another season of more intriguing story-lines in their popular WWE 2K video game series. IGN Entertainment was granted first story-mode details and the first next-generation screenshot you see above for WWE 2K15.
Before fans get a taste of the action at Gamescom later this week, we get the first details on the the tile’s 2K Showcase and MyCareer mode (previously seen in the NBA 2K).
In comparison to its predecessor last year, WWE 2K15 will be taking an up-close-and-personal stance to the story mode, splashing onto Xbox One and PlayStation 4 – after a year wait. Non-fans of the professional wrestling or the fighting genre should still take notes of the high detail in character modeling; which we’ll be able to draw direct comparisons to future installments of NBA 2K and the upgraded Grand Theft Auto V arriving this holiday.
Although the official roster reveal is still a few weeks away, IGN will be conducting a month-long reveal of exclusive details, screens and first in-game footage leading up to Summer Slam.

Look for WWE 2K15 on Xbox One, PlayStation 4, PlayStation 3 and Xbox 360 this October 28, and an international release on October 31.
