Marvel’s Jessica Jones
With the success of Daredevil last spring, Netflix is looking to have another major digital series this fall, with the pending release of Jessica Jones. After countless delays and casting issues for over five years, the live-action comic show is somewhat still shocking to us to come into fruition.
Also set in the Marvel Universe, the show features Krysten Ritter as a retired superhero, who goes rogue with her own private detective agency. However, Jessica’s new life rebooted as an investigator, along with her collective of allies in NYC, hinders Ms. A.K.A.’s wishes of living under-the-radar.
One major case essentially forces her to leave the low profile life behind and become the major crime stopper within the confines of the city. Unfortunately, live-action footage hasn’t been revealed before NY Comic-Con 2015, which Marvel is making sure no leaked information surfaces before their initial press rollout and premiere in a few weeks.
Look for Marvel’s Jessica Jones to invade Netflix this November 20th.
