Baltimore, what’s really good?
The 12 O’Clock Boys documentary follows 13-year old Pug, who lives on the westside of Baltimore, and lives to join the notorious dirt-bike gang called the 12 O’Clock Boys. Pug looked towards the gang for support after his older brother died, and now runs the risk of becoming a victim of the streets, in a film described as The Wire, with wheelies.
