Picking up where the last chapter left off, 300: Rise of an Empire will see Themistokles and a more united Greek country, against the aggressive Persian troops led by mortal-turned-god Xerxes, and the commander of the navy, Artemisia. The battle will take place on land and at sea, shifting the course of the war, with vengeance at stake.
Directed by Noam Murro, the film will hit theaters nationwide in March of 2014.
