5 New Summer 2015 TV Series We Enjoyed

Mr. Robot

Without a doubt, the biggest new series of the summer and probably second most popular behind EMPIRE for the year, is Mr. Robot. Initially, we expected this to just be another USA Network series that could potentially acquire a renewal at some point this fall, but NBC Universal has found a diamond with the drama-thriller. Given the lack of hits on the main NBC channel this decade, Mr. Robot in our opinion right now, is better than any series within the entire Universal umbrella.

Rami Malek, assumes the role of Manhattan-based hacker (and sometimes office worker), Elliot Anderson. Throughout the series, he suffers from paranoia and delusion, while trying to end all of corporate America; but coincidentally works for a corporation himself. While the anti-social computer genius also has personal demons with drug use, his mind may be alot for the government to handle – and essentially want in the public. He’s recruited to a hacking cult by a mysterious man known as Mr. Robot, but Elliot is soon living in a parallel world that may be too much for his closest friends, family members and himself to handle at some point throughout the show.

If you haven’t watched Mr. Robot yet and love to binge watch, do yourself a favor a make time some point this fall catch up on the most followed new hits of the summer this year.

Look for Mr. Robot to return spring 2016 on USA Network.
