In light of the upcoming retro release of the 1993 Adidas Mutombo, Adidas Originals jumps off the campaign giving us a quick glance into The House of Mutumbo. We’re provided with a rundown of the timeline of the legendary shot block expert, showing his journey from homeland Africa to the United States of America.
In the video below, Adidas put together a short animated rendition of Mutombo’s life from birth to his travel to the Big city. Take a walk through the House of Mutombo, and run down Dikembe’s life as a child to manhood as an NBA star.
