Earlier this morning, global sneaker retailer Foot Locker had the internet in a frenzy after they posted the controversial highly anticipated Nike Air Yeezy 2 ” Red October” on their release calender, for a HOH exclusive December 27th launch. Minutes later, the Yeezys were removed from the release calender and had fans assuming it was just a false alarm due to Ye’s recent departure from Nike.
Now, Foot Locker has announced via Twitter that the Air Yeezy 2 “Red Octobers” will indeed be releasing December 27th, but exclusively only at the Foot Locker online store in very limited quantities. With the back to back crazy Holiday sneaker releases all dropping around the same time, the Red Octobers announcement just threw a major curveball in the game, so make sure you play it smart with your sneaker budget and Christmas money.
Be ready on Decembers 27th to click your mouse faster than ever over at the Foot Locker online store. There is no word on how many pairs will be in stock so be on your A game.
