The winner of World Cinema – Documentary at this year’s Sundance festival, All These Sleepless Nights, has an official trailer out today.
The Michal Marczak-directed film may be a in Polish, but there’s so much more to it that the subtitles shouldn’t change a thing. In the movie that crosses the line between film and documentary, art school friends Krzysztof and Michał are partying 20-something leads in a story that explores youth and friendship through the love of music. As you can see from the clip, it all takes place in Warsaw in the early hours of the morning.
The likes of Krzysztof Bagiński, Michał Huszcza and Eva Lebuef star in the film, which opens November 4th in Poland (no word on US release yet). In case you were wondering, Caribou’s “Can’t Do Without You” soundtracks the trailer.
