AMC’s “Better Call Saul” Renewed for Third Season

Early television renewals are coming in and it seems like AMC is loving what Better Call Saul is doing because they have given the green light to a season three, bringing back Vince Gilligan and Peter Gould as showrunners. The Breaking Bad spinoff series debuted to rave reviews last season, being nominated for seven Emmys in it’s first season.

This season, things have been up and down for Jimmy McGill and we’re starting to see a bit of what made him Saul Goodman to begin with. From landing the job of his dreams to losing the girl of his dreams, Jimmy has been struggling to walk the straight and narrow path.

It’s also interesting to see Mike go from rock bottom to contract bodyguard and jail bait mastermind, but the money seems to be too good for him to pass up. The plot hasn’t quite shown us what caused him and Jimmy to become a team just yet, but we’re sure it’ll involve Tuco and his associates/family, as well as him leaving the firm to do shit on his own.

Better Call Saul is only five episodes deep so far, so you can still catch up this season and then watch on Mondays at 10pm EST when it airs on AMC.
