If there’s one comedy film to look out for early next year, it’s Bastards. The first trailer for the movie, starring Owen Wilson and Ed Helms, has been released this week.
The film is based around brothers Kyle (Owen Wilson) and Peter (Ed Helms), who on their mother’s wedding day, find out that she’s has been lying to them about their deceased father and decide to take a road trip to find him. Co-stars include J. K. Simmons, Katt Williams, Terry Bradshaw, Ving Rhames and Glenn Close
Bastards is Lawrence Sher’s directorial debut, but he’s been cinematographer for films like The Hangover, Garden State and The Dictator. It hits theaters January 27th.
