‘Bastille Day’ Out This Year
Idris Elba is everywhere at the moment from starring in Luther and Beasts of No Nation to releasing his Murdah Loves John album and having a song with Macklemore & Ryan Lewis on the way.
Next up in his portfolio is a lead role in Bastille Day, an upcoming action film directed by James Watkins (Eden Lake, The Woman in Black). In the first trailer out today, Elba dives into the action in a story about an artist and former CIA agent’s anti-terrorist mission in France.
The movie co-stars Richard Madden, Eriq Ebouaney, Charlotte Le Bon and José Garcia, with no release date set yet.
