The Battle of the Bastards
In what may have been the best episode of the season (and maybe even Top 3 in the whole series), The Battle of the Bastards put Jon Snow and Ramsay Bolton right up against one another. The psychopath versus the resurrected hero. The underdog versus the stronger army. If you’ve been watching the season, we don’t have to tell you how this ends, but the fact the entire episode had us on the edge of our seats is testament of how brilliant it was shot. How much were you scared that Jon would die trampled at the hands of his army? Thank God that didn’t happen.
Plus, the way Sansa finished off Ramsay was the icing on the cake.
