Cara Delevingne may have gotten her big break in modeling, but now she’s making her transition into acting, thanks to her role in the summer teen movie Paper Towns. She’s got seven films on deck (that’s huge), so her stock in Hollywood is about to skyrocket.
For next month’s VOGUE issue, she lands the cover and gives a little perspective about how she feels about modeling now and why those days may be behind her. She actually tells the magazine the job is not “real” and shares the struggle of her early modeling days. From pervy photographers to being controlled by agents and having to do anything they said. Although those kind of strict demands aren’t as prominent in acting, her role in the upcoming DC Comics Suicide Squad had some conditions. She couldn’t drink or eat good food. Apparently, all those years of drinking and eating McDonald’s were starting to show, so she had to cut it back for her role in the film.
Make sure you check out the issue when it hits newsstands, as well as her acting skills on the big screen when the movies hit theaters.
