Chris Rock Talks Favorite Stand-Up Comedians, Old Movies & Rick Ross Beef

Chris Rock is everywhere this week, making his way to The Tonight Show and The Breakfast Club to talk about his Total Blackout Tour and more. During his visit to Power 105, Chris spoke on an array of topics including Charlie Murphy, some of his old TV shows, how kids know of him nowadays (hint: Madagascar), some of his favorite stand-up comedians of the moment, why he loves the fact he will be forever be Pookie, some of hos old movie roles and more.

On the music tip, he first got into the topic because of Rick Ross, saying he told one too many jokes at a BET Awards show about him and he had to hit him up through text to apologize later.

He also got into current rappers out now, saying he loves Kendrick Lamar‘s new DAMN album (he compared it to Outkast‘s Aquemini), MigosCULTURE album, J. Cole, JAY-Z being his all-time favorite and even gave props to Phresher for “Wait A Minute.”
