Most people who looked at the cover of Kanye West‘s The Life of Pablo probably noticed the font overlapping each other and/or the family picture at the front. The artwork actually spawned a whole website dedicated to it, where fans could make their own cover. Even Yeezy himself tweeted a different version of his own album thanking Chance The Rapper for his contributions to the effort.
If you saw the alternate cover, there was a model on the front too.
Turns out, that was Shenizh Halil, who was handpicked by Kim Kardashian to be featured on the cover, aside from her picking and choosing song titles and beats on TLOP. Kanye’s team gave Kim a list of models based on her experience with the backside and she chose Shenizh to be the best. The London native is a Miss Swimsuit USA London 2014 winner and was just as shocked to learn about that she was doing on the cover.
