For those who are still frequent viewers of the show, the date of May 16th has been revealed as the final episode of all time. To mark the occasion, there will be an exclusive hour-long showing of NBC’s successful series, which happens to act as the 200th episode in total.
Over the course of series 9, we’ve gradually grown to know the faces behind the camera set, with some of the crew having roles since the very first episode back in 2005. Although hopes remain strong for the return of Michael Scott, we’re told that there won’t be a final appearance due to Steve Carell originally leaving in the exact way that he wanted to.
