The Green Lantern Corps begins next year!
With filming for Justice League officially wrapping up a few weeks ago, news has emerged for the upcoming film with Bruce Wayne, Clark Kent and Diana Prince. While Zack Snyder is doing the best he can to keep all rumors and leaked information private, The Wrap has uncovered some news regarding Warner Bros. and DC’s biggest release for next year.
The Green Lantern Corps film, which hits theaters in 2020, will have a member of its intergalactic police force introduced to the DC Universe, in a key sequence for Justice League. Game of Thrones actor, Ciaran Hinds, who plays the lead villain of Steppenwolf, will face off against Batman, Superman, Wonder Woman and their team – alongside the Parademons.
Unfortunately, the member of the Green Lantern team wasn’t revealed, as we’re assuming it’ll have something to do with Steppenwolf looking to reclaim his possessions from the care of Atlanteans, Amazonizains and humanity. Look for information to leak throughout the spring and obviously next summer and Comic-Con. Justice League hits theaters on November 17, 2017.
