Jesse may have been the most interesting character we saw on Breaking Bad. From the very beginning when he decided to cook with Walt he was a person who always showed a ton of emotion. During the final season we saw the relationship between Jesse and Walt completely fall apart and in the finale, viewers got the closure they wanted. Jesse was able to take out ultimate revenge on Todd for keeping him captive and his inhumane tactics. The pure emotion and joy on Jesse’s face while he drove away from the Nazi compound was more than enough to put a smile on your face and cheer.
Remember, Jesse was never one to believe in murder, but seeing Todd put a bullet in the back of Andrea’s dome was probably running through his mind when he choked Todd to death. That was his one and only kill on the show. Not even when he had the chance to kill Walt did he pull the trigger. He didn’t let him make that decision for him.
He was one of the only characters with an open ending, leaving you with the thought of what’s to come of him. One thing’s for sure, he’s got a fresh start and it’ll probably far far away from that place. Hopefully with young Brock.
