The new DirecTV Genie Mini works on every 4K HDTV
Following the merger of AT&T earlier this month, DirecTV has officially launched the first ever universal 4K HD-DVR set-top-box. Last year, the company launched their 4K limited programming but would limited to compatible Samsung TVs, which made a lot of customers of the satellite service disgruntled temporarily. With the new 4K Genie Mini, Dolby Digital Plus audio is also included for the sharpest UHD-TV presentation to date. The only requirement you will need for the upgrade is a set with an HDMI 2.0 compliant interface.
