May the force be with you in 2018!
With Disney and Lucasfilm preparing fans for the upcoming holiday blockbuster Star Wars: The Force Awakens this December, they recently unveiled some new regarding a major character for their future. Chris Miller and Phil Lord have announced that they are creating the long-awaited Han Solo stand-alone Star Wars film, which has already been given a May 25, 2018 release date.
As Star Wars Anthology: Rogue One and Star Wars Episode VIII get ready to explode on movie goers faces (from a 3D perspective, of course) in the next two years, the Han Solo experience that was first revealed three years ago, will finally shed light on how Solo became the infamous smuggler from the series. While the lead actor is yet to be revealed, the likes of Taron Egerton, Garrett Hedlund, Ansel Elgort, Nicholas Hoult, Miles Teller, and Grant Gustin have all been linked by fans to the project.
