It seems like these wearable products have become the new lane for companies to expand in, as we’ve seen a ton of them venture into the market. Samsung started through its Galaxy Gear, which pairs with other Samsung devices like their line of tablets and upcoming Samsung Galaxy 5 phone. Rumors have swirled that Apple may have an iWatch in the works as well, and Sony already carries their SmartWatch.
Now meet the Google Android Wear watch.
The touchscreen and voice activated controlled device can now help you with a number of tasks throughout the day. As seen in the clip above, it can tell you the weather, directions, reply to text messages for you, play music (Chromeo, we see you!), show chats from messaging apps, keep track of calories and a whole lot more. The point of the device is to make your life easier, more convenient and almost hands free.
