Franco becomes Multiple Man!
With 21st Century FOX gearing up for 2018 releases of Deadpool 2, X-Men: Dark Phoenix and The New Mutants; news emerges this weekend regarding a major character.
According to the film company, they’ve tapped James Franco to officially join the X-Men Universe and star in a stand-alone film for Multiple Man. Negotiations are in the final stages between both sides, as Simon Kinberg will also produce the pending project.
Former DC Comics writer, Allan Heinberg, has also joined to pen the effort, about the mutant who has the ability to create and control duplicates of himself. As Channing Tatum gears up for his early 2019 Gambit film, we’re assuming this is not the last major name we’ll see join the XMU.
Let us know in the comments what you think of Franco joining the squad.
