What would you do if you found over $220,000 dollars (or pounds) in cash in the basement of your house, but a dead person was down there too? If you’re Kate Hudson and James Franco in the thriller Good People, you use it to pay off your debt and get back to normalcy. The only problem is, their house is in the middle of an investigation and the cash they found belongs to someone else. Of course, that person is going on an all-out assault to reclaim what what’s his, putting their lives at risk.
Good People is directed by Henrik Ruben Genz and is based on a 2008 novel of the same name. The film also stars Omar Sy, Tom Wilkinson and Sam Spruell.
There is no date of when it is hitting theaters as of yet.
