Introducing iPad Pro

Before we were introduced to the iPhone 6s and next-generation Apple TV, iPad Pro was unveiled. Although it’s extremely large, to the point where it feels like you’re carrying around a laptop. Come to think of it, due to its initial pricing at of $799 at 32GB, it feels like you’re purchasing an entry-level mobile Mac Book. The tablet computer is due out this November, and is essentially the largest iPad ever created (hence the name). Featuring a whopping 2732×2048 resolution, the 12.9 inch Pro features an impressive 10-hours of battery life and a 64-bit A9X chip. Along with a new four-speaker system, the device will adjust and balance sound accordingly to how you’re using it.

An all-new Smart Keyboard, heavily reminiscent of Microsoft was also showcased, which had some of us thinking of a future copyright infringement lawsuits for the Surface. However, the Big M shocked the world, joining the Apple Event stage to publicly support the device and even revealed a demonstration of Microsoft Office on the device. The impressive keyboard accessory will cost an additional $169, as the iPad Pro will feature 150Mbps LTE speeds and 8 02.11ac support.

If you’re still skeptical on making a jump to the iPad Pro, older models have been discounted – effective immediately. The iPad mini 2 now is priced at $269, with the iPad mini 4 and iPad Air listed out at $399 respectively. The more recent iPad Air 2 will also now be $499 retail, which is still $300 cheaper than the newly announced iPad Pro models.

The iPad Pro 32GB model is $799 like we mentioned before; but if you want an increase in storage size at 128GB, that will cost $949 – with the option of LTE capability at $1079.
