It was only a few weeks ago that Netflix used the GOP debate to interrupt things and take it to the oval office with Frank Underwood. During his formal address, Frank announced the new season of House of Cards, which will premiere on the streaming service on March 4.
During tonight’s 2016 Golden Globe awards on NBC, Frank made another appearance, hoping those watching cast their vote for the campaign in 2016.
