That’s a lot of workout time

The Victoria’s Secret Fashion Show is serious business, but looking good is only half the battle. Staying fit is probably the hardest part of being a model. VOGUE caught up with Lily Aldridge as she showed them what a day is like for her, waking up early and doing yoga, taking ballet lessons, working on her core, jogging, doing spin and kickboxing. Lily is a machine.

We’re not certain if she does this every day, but with that much working out, it’s no wonder she has a body like that. Yeah, the fish and juice diet helps too.

The VS Fashion Show airs tomorrow at 10pm EST on CBS.
