Taking you on trip down memory lane
This week, Hulu held their annual panel at the Television Critics Association Summer Press Tour, and details on upcoming content. With focus predominantly catered towards Marvel’s Runaways series, the digital streaming giant dropped a bomb regarding some classic TV series.
Hulu has agreed to a SVOD deal with Warner Bros. Domestic Television Distribution to stream all seasons of Full House, Family Matters, Step by Step, Perfect Strangers and Hangin’ with Mr. Cooper. Beginning September 29th, the week of the 30th anniversary of Full House (and 25th anniversary of Mr. Cooper), the premium service will get more than 800 episodes in the deal.
We’re expecting this deal to lead to the long-awaited and imminent arrivals of The Fresh Prince of Bel-Air, Home Improvement and Martin to streaming giants. For now, look for the previously mentioned classic shows to arrive on HULU the in less than 30 days.
