HBO is having one hell of a busy month. So far, the network has shared trailers for new shows The Night Of, Westworld, Divorce and the second season of Ballers. Not only that, but they announced that Vinyl has been cancelled.
Today, they add to the list of series with a trailer for a new comedy called Insecure, starring Awkward Black Girl star Issa Rae. In the first clip, we get a look at the story which is based around the friendship of two modern-day black women and their uncomfortable experiences and racy tribulations.
Issa Rae and Larry Wilmore co-created the series, with an eight-episode first season airing this fall. Co-stars include Yvonne Orji, Jay Ellis and Lisa Joyce.
