Emma Stone for the win
Student-teacher relationships are no longer as rare as you may have thought and becoming more common with each passing semester. Emma Stone is the student to Joaquin Phoenix‘s philosophy course in Irrational Man, a story about a complicated man who falls for his pupil. Except there’s a catch. They don’t actually live happily ever after. Instead, she happens to be drawn less to him after he finally finds happiness with her and changes his depressive personality. It seems as if his existential crisis turned her off.
