It looks like Houston Rockets guard Jeremy Lin has decided to follow in the footsteps of the controversy god Kanye West, now being rumored to have left sports apparel and footwear giant Nike to sign with well-known rival brand Adidas

Nike picked up Lin during his popular 2011-2012 “Linasity” run, when he had a string of breakout performances with the New York Knicks. They laced Lin up with a slew of limited edition P.E’s of some of the year’s silhouettes and he also produced some special “Linsanity” merch for the star guard.

Lin will now join the likes of Derick Rose, Dwight Howard, and Iman Shumpert to rep the Adidas Hoops team. No word on Linsanity getting his own signature model as of yet, but stay tuned. It’ll probably go down at some point.
