Jourdan Dunn Crafts Handmade Italian Dish At Charlie Bird’s w/ Ryan Hardy On “WELL DUNN”

To follow-up her one on one date with Skylar Diggins, the magnificent Jourdan Dunn returns on a journey to SoHo to visit Italian restaurant Charlie Bird at its one and only location in New York City. The upstart restaurant has only been in service for about six months, but already has a reputation not only for great food, but for playing their favorite hip-hop albums and mixes in full explicit glory.

Dunn joins Charlie Bird’s Ryan Hardy to whip up maccheroni inferati, or what the Executive Chef likes to call an “Urban Italian” dish. The two start off by preparing dough from scratch for the main element of the meal, the hand-rolled noodles. It heats up as they head to the kitchen to put together the relatively low-maintenance dish. After Ryan and Jourdan finalize the freshly added menu item, it’s nothing but wining and dining to enjoy their meal after cooking up that good good.
