The Wolf of Wall Street meets NYPD and THE MOB!
With the success of their crime-drama Ray Donovan, Showtime Networks is looking to stick to a winning formula. Show writer-producer Brett Johnson, has been tapped to team up with executive producer Bryan Zuriff for another like-series on the network. Set in 1980s Brooklyn, the untitled one-hour show is set to be executive produced by Leonardo DiCaprio.
The plot will focus on an decade-long battle between a mafia captain and a rogue federal agent, who have a love/hate relationship within the Wall Street era – something more corrupt than both sides. While actors and principle filming dates are yet to be released publicly, this will be one of the series we’ll keep you updated on throughout the months. Stay tuned for more!
