Iconic footwear brand Converse and and popular Paris-based fashion designer Maison Martin Margiela double back with another collaboration for the new year. Once again, Margiela and Converse bring back the white-cracked paint concept they introduced last Fall, scooping up the classic All Star 1970’s chucks and the Jack Purcell OX silhouettes and dressing them up in all white paint. As you wear each shoe the paint starts to chip to and give off a flakey appearance, revealing the initial colorway under the white paint coat.
The Maison Martin Margiela x Converse 2014 Spring/Summer Collection will be available at select MMM flagship locations and Converse retailers May 23rd. Check out detailed images below.
