2012 was arguably the greatest year ever for super hero movies, which were highlighted by The Dark Knight Rises, The Amazing Spider-Man, Ghost Rider: Spirit of Vengeance and Marvel’s The Avengers. DC Entertainment and Warner Bros. are gearing up for their own splash this year with the return of Clark Kent in the Superman reboot, Man of Steel.
The film directed by Zack Snyder, who’s produced some of our favorite films in the past, from the likes of 300, Dawn of the Dead and Watchmen, was rumored to be involved with the release of Star Wars Episode VII, but has turned all of his focus to Man of Steel. The official TV spot released showcases what to expect in the upcoming mega-blocker, which will hit theaters worldwide June 14th.
