With Marvel’s Agents of SHIELD officially on its winter hiatus until next spring, ABC has decided to treat fans in limbo with a special six-part digital series. Set in the timespan between seasons 3 and 4, we’re presented the new spin-off, Slingshot, which follows Elena Rodriguez through a series of three-to-five-minute episodes. Through the special, we get an extended look at the story of Yo-Yo, as she is desperate to fulfill a personal mission that she’s been ready to complete for quite some time with a few of her SHIELD team members.
