Captain America: Civil War
While last year’s Avengers: Age of Ultron may haven’t been what many movie goers and avid Marvel fans wanted last year, the feud between Captain America and Iron Man will probably be the biggest release in 2016 – if you’ve read all the comics.
Many Marvel readers have been blasting the idea at Batman having any chance of defeating Superman for Dawn of Justice, which prompted DC Comics to move up their previously mentioned film two months earlier – in comparison to the original epic box office showdown we expected. Walt Disney Studios Motion Pictures is making Captain America: Civil War their main priority this year, as the biggest release in not only the Marvel umbrella, but possibly the entire company.
With the familiar cast of Chris Evans, Robert Downey Jr., Scarlett Johansson, and an imminent appearance from Spider-Man (which Marvel and Disney both refuse to confirm or deny), the thirteenth film of the Marvel Cinematic Universe is essentially a reboot for the entire franchise of films. We just wish Spider-Man would leave high-school alone for his future films with Marvel.
